When you use the Service, we store the questions you ask, the oracle selections you make, and the AI-generated readings produced during your sessions. This data is associated with your account to provide session history and continuity features.

Profile Questionnaire

If you choose to complete the optional profile questionnaire, we collect your responses (such as date of birth and preferences) to personalize your experience. This information is stored with your account and is not shared externally.

Usage Data

We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the Service: Your questions and preferences are used to generate personalized AI readings and maintain your session history.
  • To improve the Service: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us improve oracle quality and user experience.
  • To communicate: If you opt in to notifications, we may send session reminders or service updates to your email.
  • For security: Usage data helps us detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

To generate readings, your session questions and relevant context are sent to third-party large language model (LLM) providers for AI processing. These providers process your data solely to generate responses and do not use it for their own training purposes per our data processing agreements. We select providers with strong data protection practices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

  • AI providers: As described above, for reading generation only
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Service protection: To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service and its users

5. Data Retention

Your account data and session history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
